Our Story
Our founder spent more than ten years in the coatings industry watching the same conversation play out on roof after roof. A building owner has a leak. A roofer quotes a full tear-off. The owner signs a six-figure check for a brand new roof built exactly like the one that just failed.
Most of those roofs did not need replacing. The decking was sound. The insulation was dry. What had failed were the seams, the fasteners and the flashings — the joints between the pieces. Coat over them properly and the roof has another twenty years in it.
So in 2024 we started Silicone Roof Pros to do one thing: commercial flat roof restoration, using fluid-applied silicone, acrylic and aluminum coating systems. No tear-offs, no dumpsters in your parking lot, no relocating tenants for three weeks.
We also tell you when restoration is the wrong answer. If your insulation is saturated or the deck is compromised, a coating traps the problem instead of fixing it — and we will say so before you spend a dollar. Turning down the wrong job is how we keep earning the right ones.
